Yes. Freeze for up to 90 days per calendar year at no cost. Your billing pauses, your perks hold their tier, and you come back to the same concierge when you return.
Two things: that you're a real person with a working concierge contact, and that the membership still fits the room. Vault is capped at 600 members citywide to keep the experience honest.
Birthday and anniversary comps apply across every tier. Outside of those moments, comped bottles are a Vault benefit. The discounts on bottle service apply to everyone from day one.
