Do I need to be a member to attend events?
Most nights are members-only, but we hold a rotating calendar of guest list openings — typically two per week. Send a note through the form with the date and venue in mind, and we'll let you know if a spot is open.
How quickly will I hear back from the concierge?
Within 24 hours, usually faster. Inquiries submitted between 4pm and midnight on a Friday or Saturday are answered in real time by the duty manager.
Can I host a private event through Charlotte Club?
Yes. From 12-person cocktail receptions in the upstairs loft to full venue buyouts for product launches, we produce roughly forty private events a year. Select "Private Event Booking" in the form and include a date range, headcount, and the vibe you're after.
I'm a journalist — who handles press?
Our editor Marlow Chen reads every press inquiry personally. Mark your message "Press" in the subject line and you'll get our media kit, recent coverage, and interview availability within a day.
Is the headquarters open to walk-ins?
The loft is by appointment only — we use the space for member meetings, planning sessions, and the occasional private tasting. Book a slot through the form and we'll confirm a time that works.
